Fees and Timing
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders with no extra costs upon delivery. All orders are shipped delivered-duty-paid via DHL Express.

Delivery times start once your pieces have been created by our artisans. Please note, deliveries to remote areas or regions with carrier restrictions may take longer.
Shipping Insurance
Every purchase is insured from dispatch to delivery. A signature is required upon receipt, which transfers the responsibility of the goods to the customer. Noiré is not liable for lost or missing orders delivered to shared buildings.
Delivery Address
Ensure all billing and shipping details are correct, as we cannot redirect packages once processed. We do not ship to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or U.S. Territories.
Returns and Cancellation
Overview
We aim to guarantee your full satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date you received your product. To arrange your return, contact us on email contact@noireofficiele.com. Items should not be returned without prior confirmation and a return order number.
Terms and Conditions of Return
Items must be returned new, unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Damaged, soiled, or altered items may not be accepted and could be sent back to the customer. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Faulty Items
In rare cases of receiving a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. Faulty items are classified if they are received damaged or have a manufacturing fault within 12 months without excessive use or mishandling.
Refunds
Successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, international taxes, or import duties. For the best experience, use our returns service. Other return methods or different accounts' costs will not be reimbursed. Local charges may apply and are not refundable.
Late Returns
Returns must arrive at our Atelier within 14 days of notification. Late returns will not be accepted unless exceptions are made at NOIRE’s discretion.
How to Return an Item
Contact our concierge team with your order number, list of items, collection address, and ready date. We can arrange a collection or provide a pre-paid DHL return label.
Cancellations
Refer to clause 5 in our legal notices. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How does the purchase process work?
When you place an order and provide your address and postal code, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully placed. This confirmation will include all relevant details about delivery times and order processing.
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express (AMEX) cards for online payments.
 Payments are processed securely via YooKassa, in accordance with the regulations of international payment systems Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Your personal data and payment information are protected using advanced encryption and secure data transfer methods. Card details are entered on the Safe Checkout page and are never stored on our servers.
You will need to provide your card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and a three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard, CID for American Express). Once these details are confirmed, your bank may require verification via a one-time SMS code.
Possible reasons for payment failure:
- Online payments are not enabled for your card; 
- Insufficient funds on your card; 
- Incorrectly entered card details; 
- The card has expired.

Changing an order

How does Noiré sizing work — how can I find my perfect fit?
Our garments generally follow European sizing. However, as silhouettes may vary slightly between collections, we encourage consulting the size chart available at each product description or contacting our team at contact@noireofficiele.com for personalised guidance before placing your order.
How should I care my Noiré garment to preserve it?
Every Noiré creation arrives in its signature box — a black vessel inscribed in gold, carrying a quiet message inside the lid:
“You’re advised to have this elegant garment dry-cleaned to maintain its look and originality. Use a lightly misted tissue to gently clean the buttons and remember to wear it with love and pride.”
This message is both instruction and intention — a reminder that care is an act of reverence. Treat your Noiré piece as an heirloom of elegance: worn with love, preserved with pride.
Each Noiré piece is crafted with precision and refined materials that require considerate care to preserve its appearance and longevity.
We recommend that all Noiré garments be professionally dry-cleaned to maintain their look and originality. When preparing your piece for cleaning, ensure the buttons are covered with protective foil — this prevents damage to the finish and detailing during the dry-cleaning process.
To maintain the garment between wears, use a lightly misted tissue to gently clean the buttons and surface areas. Always store your piece in a breathable garment bag, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, and avoid hanging on thin wire hangers to preserve its structure.
Are our garments limited edition or continuously available?
All Noiré Officiele garments are produced in limited editions. Once a design is sold out, it may not return in the same form. Each piece is created in small quantities to preserve exclusivity and maintain the integrity of craftsmanship.
 Occasionally, selected classics may be reintroduced — but always with slight evolutions in fabric, detailing, or cut.
Is there a Noiré membership or inner circle?
Yes. Noiré Officiele offers an exclusive community — Noiré's Chamber — a private circle for women who embody the Noiré essence. Members receive early access to collections, private viewings, exclusive content, and invitations to select events.
Membership is by invitation or application, ensuring that each woman who enters aligns with the Maison’s values of refinement, confidence, and self-sovereignty.
